These terms apply to everyone using the InverPower Sdn Bhd site and to every order placed with us. By using the site, you are bound by them.
01 | Scope of These Terms These terms apply to everyone using inverpower.com.my and to every order placed with InverPower Sdn Bhd. Where a quotation has been issued for an order, the terms stated on that quotation apply to it. These terms apply to anything the quotation does not cover. |
02 | Price and Validity Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR), Ex-KL. A quotation is valid for 7 days from its date unless the quotation states otherwise. |
03 | Payment Payment is due in full before delivery. Goods are released for delivery on receipt of cleared payment, unless otherwise agreed by InverPower in writing.

04 | Delivery Stock items are supplied ex-stock, subject to prior sale. Where an item is not in stock, delivery is 4 to 8 weeks from receipt of order confirmation. Delivery dates are approximate. InverPower is neither responsible nor liable for loss or damage arising from a delay, or from an inability to deliver, caused by circumstances outside our control. |
05 | Order Amendments No cancellation, suspension or variation of an accepted order is valid unless agreed by InverPower in writing. |
06 | Goods Return Request Any request to return goods must be reported within 30 days from the date of the tax invoice. InverPower reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of any return. Returns are otherwise governed by our Return & Refund Policy. |
07 | Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuation Prices quoted in a currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR) are subject to exchange rate fluctuation. Where the rate moves by more than 3%, prices are adjusted accordingly. The adjustment is calculated by comparing the base exchange rate against the Bank Negara Malaysia foreign currency spot rate, at the seller's discretion. |
08 | Scheduled Delivery Scheduled delivery of goods may be deferred a maximum of two times, or by a maximum of two months from the customer-confirmed ship date. Beyond that, a stock holding cost of 3% may be imposed at our discretion.

09 | Warranty Products are covered by the respective manufacturer's standard warranty. Claims are submitted to InverPower and handled under the manufacturer's warranty procedure. Save for the manufacturer's warranty, InverPower gives no other warranty, express or implied, in respect of the products. |
10 | Product Information Product images are shown as accurately as we can manage, but colour and appearance vary between screens. Specifications, availability and other information on this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to change information without prior notice. |
11 | Site Content and Copyright Unless stated otherwise, everything forming part of this site — images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written material and all other content — is the copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property of InverPower Sdn Bhd or its content suppliers. |
12 | Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is to be settled first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. |
13 | Changes to These Terms InverPower may change, move or remove these terms at any time and without notice, and will act on any breach of them. The version published on this page is the current one. |
