Sales TeamOn standby for your enquiry — and for the conversation before it.
InverPower's sales team provides pre-sales consultation for solar EPCCs and installers across Malaysia. Tell us the project — roof type, load profile, timeline, budget — and we work out which inverter, PV module, battery and balance-of-system combination actually fits it, rather than pushing whatever is heaviest in the warehouse. That conversation happens before you quote, not after. The team is on standby for enquiries on stock availability, lead times and product selection. | ![]() |
![]() | Technical TeamUp to ten technical staff, on standby for after-sales.
InverPower's technical team has more than ten years of experience in the Malaysian solar industry, with up to ten technical staff on standby for after-sales. They handle technical support, warranty diagnosis, RMA and repairs, and will attend site for commissioning support where the terms and conditions of the request are met. They answer to installers on site rather than to a ticketing queue, and a decade in this market means they have seen the failure modes specific to Malaysian roofs, Malaysian grid conditions and Malaysian weather — which is not something a regional support desk can offer. * On-site commissioning support is subject to terms and conditions. |
Warehouse & Logistics TeamAccurate stock counts, and every delivery completed safely.
InverPower's warehouse and logistics team keeps the stock count accurate, so when the sales team says an inverter is available, it genuinely is. Every customer order is picked and packed to standard — inverters, PV modules, cable drums and connectors each carry their own handling requirement — so that what arrives on site is fit to install. Deliveries are tracked through to safe completion, because a damaged unit on a Friday afternoon is the EPCC's problem long before it becomes ours. | ![]() |
![]() | Training & Education TeamDelivered by our own technical team — and by trainers from the manufacturers.
Training at InverPower is run by the same technical team that answers your after-sales calls, and for major product launches, by trainers from the manufacturer's own headquarters. That distinction matters: the person teaching the commissioning sequence is either the person who will pick up the phone when it goes wrong, or the person who wrote the sequence. Sessions cover product training on the brands we distribute, hands-on workshops for installer crews, and manufacturer certification pathways where the brand offers them. |
