Contact Us

Whether it is a product enquiry, a technical question, or something you are specifying and want a second opinion on, someone here will come back to you. Use the form below, or call either office directly.

Our sales team handles enquiries and pre-sales consultation. Technical support, warranty claims and RMA go to our technical team — say so in the form and it will reach them faster.

Three addresses, three different jobs. Sales and general enquiries go to HQ in Puchong. Stock and self-collection are at the warehouse in Bandar Bukit Puchong. Anything coming back under warranty goes to the RMA Centre in Subang Jaya — not to HQ.
