The Sungrow IDC480E is a 360/480 kW ultra-fast DC EV charging system for public charging hubs, fleet depots and highway sites. A central power cabinet with isolated air cooling feeds up to four separate dispensers, serving up to eight vehicles at the same time. InverPower distributes the IDC480E in Malaysia as Sungrow's preferred authorised distributor, with pre-sales sizing support, after-sales service, warranty and RMA handling. Output power is allocated dynamically between dispensers in 30 kW steps, across an output range of 200 Vdc to 1000 Vdc and a maximum output current of 1600 A, with a maximum efficiency of 96.5%. The power cabinet uses Sungrow-designed power modules in a sealed, isolated air-cooled chamber, with no dust filter mats or coolant to replace, and is rated IP65 with C5 anti-corrosion protection and IK10 impact protection. Air-cooled dual-cable dispensers deliver up to 400 A + 400 A, and the liquid-cooled single-cable dispenser delivers 480 kW at 500 A. Each dispenser has a CCS2 connector, a 10-inch colour touchscreen, RFID and Plug & Charge, with a payment terminal available as an option, and the system connects to charging management software over OCPP 1.6J. The IDC480E is certified to CE and CB and complies with IEC 61851-1, IEC 61851-21-2 and IEC 61851-23/24. PRODUCT VIDEO
